Commercial Leadership Program (CLP) is the premier entry program for GE’s sales organization and the best way to develop and expose successful candidates to opportunities in sales and sales support at GE. This challenging two-year rotational program is focused on the accelerated development of talent and prepares members for a successful career in sales or sales support by providing the opportunity to learn about our products, industry, and customers while simultaneously making valuable contributions to the organization.
-2 year program: 3 or 4 rotational assignments
-2 Global conferences incorporating educational curriculum that develops sales and marketing competencies
-Leadership exposure and development that provides strong opportunities for growth
-Continuous mentoring and coaching throughout the program
-Engaged with strong global CLP community
-Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant business or related degree, preferably with a Masters
-Prior intern or co-op experience, or relevant work experience (0-3 years).
-Relevant industry experience preferred.
-Strong communication interpersonal, and leadership skills
-Strong analytical skills
-Aptitude or experience in digital media/technology
-Geographic mobility as rotation locations vary
